Granola and Oat Bar Redesign
I optimised the packaging design for our range of granolas and oat bars - an update that will also roll out across the wider product range. The main goal was to improve on-shelf standout by giving more prominence to the SKU names and highlighting the deliciousness of the product. For the granolas specifically, we focused on making the fibre callout much more impactful, ensuring it grabs attention and communicates a key health benefit at a glance.

Below are before-and-after examples of our oat bar packaging. This optimisation project had an extremely tight turnaround and involved a cutter change, meaning I had to adapt the artwork to a new layout while redesigning the entire range. Within just two weeks, I managed to complete the full redesign, gather feedback from our CEO and founder, set up the new artwork for print, secure technical sign off and keep in communication with our printers - all while balancing other ongoing projects.
